Mr. Montelle Felix has been a member of the Royal Saint Lucia Police for over ten years. He has both the educational and professional experience required to make and deliver on our core mission and approach.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Management with a specialization in Criminal Justice Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and a graduate certificate in Criminal Justice Management. Public safety is his core philosophy. Here are some of the qualities he brings to the team:

Mr. Miller has worked in federal law enforcement and the overall public safety environment for more than 15 years. He held various positions working high-risk sex and domestic violence offenders, victims, substance abusers and juveniles.
His advocacy includes; training, team building and consulting

He was responsible for developing strategic partnerships with community leaders, key stakeholders, building teams, and resource centers. He served as an Analyst and Case Manager with tremendous knowledge of public safety, the offender population, administrative and organization procedures to operate efficiently for successful re-integration.

Mr. Miller has excellent knowledge of the many facets of criminal justice system, school and community safety, leadership and personal organizational development.

He completed his graduate studies at Mary Mount University, Washington, DC and Sam Houston State University, Texas -where he holds Masters of Art in Criminal Justice Leadership & Management, an MBA in Global Management and graduate certificate in Government Studies and a bachelor of science in economic and finance from the University of Hartford, Connecticut. He was also named to the Peter Veru Leadership team.
